Spencer Products Company, a fastener distributor company in Twinsburg, Ohio, was in need of a website makeover. Not only was their site out of date, but it did not have a clear navigation system for customers to find the information they needed.

Jaime Mann, owner of Mann Made Time, a Virtual Assistant business, was in need of a logo for her new business. She had contacted local designers and not one returned her calls.
