When you purchase one of our retainer plans, you will enjoy additional hours at a discounted rate, as well as our guaranteed availability (your work takes priority). This is our preferred method because it allows us to be your virtual partner and to continually get to know your business and your needs...in fact we start anticipating your needs before you realize you even need them. Now that's service!.
Our monthly business retainer plans are available as listed below. The retainer plan discounts apply to our hourly rate only. Payment for retainer plans is due in advance. (Basically, you no pay-ey, we no work-ey.)

Note: Retainers require a 3 month commitment and may be terminated at any time with 30 days’ notice. However, if you do not use your hours, they are non-refundable and may not be carried over to the following month.
Try out our new prepaid time blocks! There are no long-term contracts, just pay for what you need, when you need it. How do time blocks work? You purchase the amount of hours you need at a discounted hourly rate and those hours are good for up to 3 months. When you've used your prepaid number of hours, you're free to walk away with a job well done, or purchase another prepaid time block with the amount of hours you need for the next set of tasks.

All work is charged at the hourly rate (billed to the minute) with materials and supplies billed at actual cost (e.g., postage, letterhead, shipping, envelopes). Billable hours include, but are not limited to, phone calls, responses to messages, virtual, on-site, and teleconference meetings, travel time, and research time that pertains to work on your project.
For hourly clients, there is no minimum time commitment required on your part; however, there is a minimum one-hour charge per invoice.
