I have 2 words for this post, Incredibly Powerful! I think as virtual assistants and entrepreneurs we all go through that "I can do it all without help" stage. What's important is realizing that we can't, right away, before we sabotage ourselves, our business and our families. That's a shame when someone provides a quality product, but customer service sucks. I'm one to pay a higher price for top notch customer service.
