Queen Bee or Failed Queen?

My good friend, Jaime Lee Mann, wrote a fabulous blog post a few months ago that I apparently missed…along with the rest of the world because it got zero comments. Everyone must have been at the beach that day!
If you’re a solo entrepreneur struggling to make your business work or you’re still determined to do it all yourself, knowing you are not making any headway, then this is the perfect article for you. At Signature Worx, this is the one topic we try to educate our potential clients on every day…hence our tagline: Going solo was the plan. Doing it ALL was not.
I know you’ve heard it all before - outsource, delegate, hire help, etc. - but for some reason you just aren’t listening or maybe you still don’t get it. Jaime explains it perfectly in her blog post and it certainly deserves a read.
So are you going to start acting like the Queen Bee and possess a buzzing hive or are you going to doom your beehive [business] to fail?
Post your thoughts and tell us which tasks you love to delegate to your worker bees!

I also thought that Jaime had great ideas and analogy for the hierarchy of a business in her Buzzy Hive blog post at http://www.vanetworking.com/blog.
Sometimes we cause grief for ourselves by trying to wear ALL of the hats or by trying to wear a hat that belongs on someone else’s head.
