Did you nail my email addiction on the head! And yes - I was just wondering yesterday where the heck did all my time go, and what the heck did I actually get accomplished today? Now I sit here and think back to all the times I switched from my task to IM or email to check in, or scrambled to get my headset on to answer a call, most of which I could probably have returned to later. I make a big point of setting boundaries between my work and personal life, I need to learn these boundaries for inside my work too. What is the VA resource site you are launching? I ask because I am developing one as well called VirtualOutsourcing.org, in conjunction with Micahel Russer and "The Obsolete Employee" book - it is going to launch in a few days! So exciting. Anyway, I am searching to find tools, groups, and resources for VAs and businesses that want to use VAs, and am building them into a searchable, cross referenced database.
