How It Worx
Rates & Packages : Payment Options : Payment Terms Our rates are based on our experience level and the degree of difficulty in each area. Depending on the type of assistance you need, the following rates will apply accordingly. Clients can also take advantage of our monthly retainer plans at discounted rates.
Clients who take advantage of our retainer plans enjoy additional hours at a discounted rate and guaranteed available from us. This is our preferred method because it allows us to be a virtual partner and continually get to know your business and your needs. Monthly administrative retainer plans are available as listed below. The retainer plan discounts apply to our hourly rate only. All other expenses, such as materials and supplies will be billed at actual cost. Payment for retainer plans is due in advance.
Note: Retainer plans may be terminated at any time with 30 days notice, however unused retainer hours are non-refundable and may not be carried over to the following month. How Your Bill is Calculated All work is charged at the hourly rates (billed to the minute) + materials/supplies billed at actual cost (i.e. postage, letterhead, shipping, envelopes). Billable hours include, but are not limited to, virtual, on-site and teleconference meetings, travel time, and research time that pertains to work on your project. There is no minimum time commitment required on the part of the client; however there is a minimum 1 hour charge per invoice. Signature Worx accepts business, cashiers, and personal checks, as well as major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal. Work will not begin for clients paying by manual check until funds have cleared. For new clients billed hourly, invoices are generated when the project is complete and must be paid prior to delivery of project. For established clients billed hourly, invoices are generated and delivered when the project is complete with payment terms of net 15 days. It is our practice to require a 50% deposit on all hourly work prior to the work beginning based on the estimated number of hours quoted for projects. Retainer plan invoices are sent out on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month with payment terms of net 15 days. Payment for retained hours must be received by the due date in order for work to commence the following month. (i.e. The invoice is dated September 15, payment is due prior to September 30 for October work to begin). There will be a $30.00 charge for returned checks. Late payments will incur a 10% late fee every billing cycle. Signature Worx is committed to protecting your privacy. We take your privacy seriously. This website logs information about you that is automatically recognized by the Web server, such as your IP address and domain name. No other data is collected about you. 2. Working Virtually: How Work is Transmitted Work assignments and correspondence are communicated through e-mail, phone, fax, mail, instant messenger, ftp file sharing, remote access, or delivery. For the projects that require remote access, we can utilize internet-based GoToMyPC or LogMeIn services. These secure programs provide remote means of accessing work and transferring data as needed to get your project done.
Aren’t virtual assistants more expensive than regular employees? Absolutely not! Actually, a Virtual Assistant is far more cost effective than a regular employee. You may pay more per hour than a regular employee, but leave out all the applicable taxes and benefits (FICA, state unemployment, Social Security, health insurance, vacation, sick, 401(k), profit sharing, Christmas bonus, holiday pay, etc.) you need to offer a regular employee, and a virtual’s wage comes out far lower than that of a regular employee. A Virtual Assistant can save money in other areas as well. How much does it cost you to maintain office footage, a computer, a phone line or two, a desk, electricity, heat, air conditioning, and parking for your regular employees? You don't need any of those things with a Virtual Assistant because we supply our own. In addition you only pay for the time we actually spend working on your tasks. |
